No. The Free plan requires no credit card. When you upgrade to Pro or Organisation, you can pay via M-Pesa, card, or bank transfer.
An active service is any published listing visible to clients on the platform. Drafts and paused services don't count toward your limit.
Yes, you can downgrade any time. Your data is preserved. If you have more than 2 active services, you'll be asked to pause extras before downgrading.
When a contract is completed through BilaFundi's payment system, we deduct a small percentage (5% Free, 4% Pro, 3% Organisation). If payment happens off-platform, no fee applies, though we recommend using our payment system for escrow protection.
Affiliate is link-based: you earn per sign-up and first transaction. Referral is relationship-based: you earn a percentage of every transaction your referrals complete, recurring for 12 months. Both are free to join from your account.
Yes. Individual team members can be on any plan. The Organisation plan covers the org-level features (tender posting, procurement tools). Individual providers within the org still manage their own profiles and services.
