Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using BilaFundi, wherever in the world you use it from. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.

You Must Not

Fraud and Misrepresentation

• Claim qualifications, certifications, or experience you do not have
• Impersonate another person, business, or government entity
• Post fake reviews or ratings
• Create duplicate accounts to circumvent a suspension
• Generate, refer, or claim fraudulent, self-referred, or fabricated activity under our referral program

Illegal Activity

• Use BilaFundi to facilitate bribery, corruption, or money laundering
• Post tenders or services that violate applicable law in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction where the work will be performed
• Discriminate against providers or clients on the basis of race, gender, religion, disability, or other characteristics protected by applicable law

Platform Integrity

• Attempt to hack, scrape, or overload the platform, or bypass rate limits or access controls
• Reverse-engineer or copy the BilaFundi platform
• Circumvent platform fees by taking a transaction off-platform after initial contact made through BilaFundi
• Send unsolicited spam or bulk messages to other users
• Submit prompts or content intended to manipulate our AI features (Cost Estimator, support agent) into producing harmful, fraudulent, or misleading output

Content

• Upload offensive, defamatory, or sexually explicit content
• Share another user's private information without their consent
• Post malicious files or links

Reporting Violations

If you see content or behaviour that violates this policy, use the flag/report control on the relevant listing, profile, or message, or email info@bilafundi.com.

Enforcement

We investigate reports and may take any of the following actions: content removal, warning, temporary suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of pending referral rewards obtained in violation of this policy, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

Appeals

If you believe your account was actioned in error, email info@bilafundi.com with details of your case. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
